We have an outstanding career opportunity for an International HR Manager to join a leading Company located in the Lauderdale, FL surrounding area.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Directs HR resources in multiple countries.
  • Drives global recruitment. Talent acquisition and global onboarding.
  • Ensures compliance with local labor laws. Global compliance and legal operations.
  • Standardizes and adapts company policies to different countries.
  • Manages employee relations, compensation, and global mobility. Compensation, pay bands and benefit packages.
  • Cross-cultural employee relations. Performance management, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions across diverse cultures and time zones.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a field relevant to Human Resources.
  • 5 to10 (5-10) years as an HR generalist with at least five (5) years of leading HR operations and successfully coaching and managing others.
  • Bilingual, Spanish and English.
  • SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certifications are preferred.
  • Proven record of success in developing and maintaining effective working relationships and partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Prior success in managing, creating a strong and effective HR operational platform that is responsive to organizational needs and priorities and delivers superior customer service in a changing and dynamic environment.
  • Solid working knowledge of best practices in all HR functions including international recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compensation, employee relations, learning and development, human resource information systems, including adherence to all state and federal employment laws (e.g., OFCCP, AA, and ACA), project management.
  • Guidance to internal clients, demonstrating creative problem-solving skills and ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations and settings.
  • Knowledge of federal, state (US) and/or local in country HR related laws and ability to advise on Laws and regulations affecting HR practices.
  • EOR/PE compliance expectations (given exposure across multiple jurisdictions along with system/tech stack requirements (ERP integration, HRIS platform experience).
  • Experience with managing compensation as well as performance management systems.
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
