As a member of the DEI Council, you will:

  • Support monthly Council meetings by bringing your best ideas
  • Participate as a lead or provide support on a work stream targeting a specific area of the DEI strategy
  • Represent the company at functions sharing your perspective and learning from others
  • Network and build awareness of our activities

General DEI Council Member Responsibilities may include:

  • Employee Resource Group Liaison
  • Participation and involvement in other DEI internal and external events (ex. Catalyst & Seramount events, Chapters for Change discussions, Walking the Talk Conversations, etc.)
  • Council Meeting attendance
