Job description

Soni is partnering with an am law firm seeking a DEI Analytics Specialist. This role will oversee and analyze a broad array of quantitative and qualitative diversity data assets to compile analyses and develop reports to answer client requests, make broad business impact, and shape DEI strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Lead processing and completing client DEI data requests, questionnaires and reports
• Serve as the department point person and liaise with the marketing department to complete all DEI components of client-issued RFPs, with an emphasis on calculating DEI statistics
• Responsible for timekeeper self-identification, including partnering with multiple departments to develop a formal DEI timekeeper onboarding and self-reporting system
• Interface and increase coordination on client matter staffing and reporting among timekeepers
• Proactively track and manage internal communication relating to diversity staffing requirements and goals
• Conduct diversity analysis of timekeeper staffing trends over time
• Monitor diverse timekeeper pitch participation translating to billable work
• Responsible for data collection and reporting for external certifications and surveys
• Keep abreast of industry DEI trends and best practices
• Utilize external benchmarking tools to monitor progress
• Proactively build relationships with different stakeholders across the firm
• All other duties as assigned or required
Requirements:
• 3+ yrs experience working in a data analysis role
• Advanced excel experience (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
• Bachelors degree
• Experience in a law firm or professional services industry
• Experience with Workday, Salesforce
Compensation: $35 - $45/ Hour
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
