Job description

Diet Clerk Coordinator

Location: Bradford Regional Medical Center Location of Job: US:PA:Bradford Work Type: Full-Time Shift 2

Job Description

Supervises diet clerk team to ensure the appropriate monitoring and coordinating of patient selective menu process including age-specific criteria assuring compliance with physicians' diet order, approved Diet Manual and any patient specific orders from Clinical Nutrition Staff. Supervises opening/closing of department in absence of Management.

Education And Credentials

High School diploma or equivalent. Valid drivers license.

Experience

Two (2) years experience in health care food service required. Able to speak clearly and communicate effectively on telephone and in person. Able to cope with peak production and service times that require speed and concentration. Strong computer skills.
