$23-27/hr Depending On Experience

What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming sales calls and schedule appointments
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting
  • Coordinate communication between customers, sales, and installation teams
  • Process sales paperwork, agreements, and commission tracking
  • Maintain sales calendars, lead tracking, and customer records
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective customers to answer questions and help move opportunities toward a sale.
  • Follow up on unsold estimates and quotes to re-engage customers
  • Respond to customer questions and help resolve concerns quickly and professionally
  • Follow up with customers through thank-you calls, cards, and other touchpoints
  • Assist with sales reports and other projects to keep the department running smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of customer service or office support experience
  • Outstanding communication and phone skills
  • Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset
