How You Will Make a Difference
  • Answer referral lines; triage calls from families, EDs, and providers with warmth and professionalism.
  • Verify insurance, gather demographics, and schedule assessments/admissions.
  • Track bed board and collaborate with nursing, EVS, and security for timely room readiness.
  • Maintain real-time logs, dashboards, and handoffs between shifts.
  • Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
