NorthStar Memorial Group is looking for a Community Development Supervisor at Graceland Memorial Park South in Miami, FL. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to families, with a primary focus on celebrating life. Our sales team leads with empathy and dedication, offering personalized options for families to honor their loved ones while delivering compassionate service.

In this role, responsibilities include:

  • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
  • Hold daily meetings with sales advisors to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are being met
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
  • Ensure that all staff are trained on products and services, and understand what inventory and spaces are available
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service

What you will bring to the role:

  • Two years sales experience is preferred
  • One year leadership or management experience preferred
  • High integrity, empathy, and a passion for helping others
  • A strong desire to assist families while earning a competitive income
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, outgoing, and energetic personality
