Job Summary:
This role provides essential operational support for a contingent workforce program, ensuring smooth daily operations. You will collaborate with internal teams and a managed service provider, handling worker requests and resolving issues. Additionally, you will contribute to audit processes and special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the contingent workforce program.
  • Support managers with program guidelines and policies.
  • Monitor and approve new worker requests.
  • Act as the primary point for issue resolution.
  • Streamline worker onboarding and offboarding processes.
