Job Description:

Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Program Manager. Here, you'll see the bigger picture on mission initiatives and where your program management career can go at GDIT.

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead an Enterprise IT program in Oahu, Hawaii. The Program Manager provides management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of this task order. The PM shall assign tasks to contractor personnel, supervise ongoing technical efforts, and manage overall Task Order performance to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full lifecycle program leadership across planning, execution, quality assurance, and reporting.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor team and government stakeholders, maintaining accountability for performance, deliverables, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead integrated schedules, cost tracking, and contract compliance across CONUS and OCONUS locations.
  • Supervise cross-functional teams, including technical, cybersecurity, and support roles, to ensure coordinated mission execution.
  • Develop and implement reporting structures, performance metrics, and resource optimization strategies in alignment with mission priorities.

Required qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) and 9+ years of experience managing and executing complex IT services and projects in multi-theater, multi-enclave environments (or Bachelor's degree and 11+ years of experience or high school diploma and 15+ years of experience)
  • A minimum of 9 years' experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the contractor's proposed methodologies and approach for a project or program similar in scope and complexity to this Task Order.
  • Certification: Current Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management Level III, Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional, or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
  • Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility

Desired qualifications:

  • Experience managing projects and/or programs with multiple OCONUS performance locations.
  • Experience with Government/Military operation in the INDOPACOM AOR.
  • Experience with Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA) requirements, regulations, and processes within the USINDOPACOM AOR.

The likely salary range for this position is $166,600 - $225,400. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
