Job description

The Program Manager, Commercial Enablement will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs critical to Commercial Enablement & Incentive Compensation, including digitization, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, contract and deal process modernization, and incentive compensation analytics / future goaling methodology / territory design. The Program Manager will partner closely with senior leaders across Finance, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, CX, and Technology to translate strategy into execution and ensure delivery against committed roadmaps.
The Program Manager, Commercial Enablement will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs critical to Commercial Enablement & Incentive Compensation, including digitization, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, contract and deal process modernization, and incentive compensation analytics / future goaling methodology / territory design. The Program Manager will partner closely with senior leaders across Finance, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, CX, and Technology to translate strategy into execution and ensure delivery against committed roadmaps.
This role is critical to delivering the Commercial Enablement roadmap at scale, particularly as investments accelerate in digitization, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities. A high level of flexibility, curiosity, and storytelling will ensure the right capability while maintaining a high execution bar.
In this role, you will
  • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders within the commercial organization, including field and inside sales, Field Service Representatives, and other ecosystem partners.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Facilitate collaboration and information sharing across teams, helping to break down silos and promote consistent, scalable ways of working, particularly across platforms such as Salesforce.com
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to maintain momentum and support successful outcomes.

You will need
  • 7-10+ years program/project management experience.
  • PMP/Agile certification preferred.
  • Demonstrates a solid foundation in project management principles, with the ability to effectively leverage both traditional tools and emerging AI-enabled capabilities to drive efficiency and impact.
  • Brings a strong understanding of commercial operations, including sales processes, cross-functional collaboration, and how CRM and related systems are used to support business objectives
  • Communicates clearly and concisely, with the ability to simplify complex situations, align stakeholders, and drive execution across teams.

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
