  • Create knowledge base resources, FAQs, operational documentation, and reusable learning assets
  • Evaluate learning technologies and provide recommendations that support future scalability
  • Deliver documentation, frameworks, and recommendations that enable internal teams to maintain and evolve learning programs beyond the duration of the assignment
What Past Experience and Current Skills Will Enable Your Success in This Role?

  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning technologies
  • Proficiency with tools such as Articulate 360, Synthesia, Google Vids, or similar content authoring platforms
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to support content development and learning design
  • Strong project management and consulting skills
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate them into effective training solutions
  • Excellent written communication and content development abilities
  • Ability to independently manage projects and deliver high-quality work
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in SaaS, HR technology, mobility, hospitality, customer success, or service-based organizations
  • Experience supporting contractor, contingent, or distributed workforces
  • Experience creating simulations, scenario-based learning, or interactive learning experiences
  • Startup or high-growth company experience
  • Familiarity with knowledge management, organizational effectiveness, or change management initiatives
