- Develop and enhance Infor Workbrain WFM modules
- Configure pay rules, validations, accruals, and entitlements
- Build custom forms and workflows
- Design and support HR and clock integrations
- Write and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
- Develop Workbrain extensions using Java and J2EE
- Support upgrades and on premises environments
- Troubleshoot production issues
- Collaborate with business and technical teams
- Document technical solutions and processes
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years hands on Infor Workbrain experience (MAX 10 YoE. We are not looking for an overly senior-level candidate)
- Strong Java and J2EE development background
- Advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills
- Experience with retail or large workforce environments
- Knowledge of US labor and time compliance
- Agile delivery experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in hybrid team environments
