Title: Workforce Management Scheduler
Location: Waukegan and Mundelein, IL (2 days at each location and Fridays according to manager’s request)
Duration: 1 Year with possible extension
Shift: 6:00 AM– 2:30 PM
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Works across the company functionally to meet internal and external customer needs, including scheduling compliance work, new service applications and demo requests.
  • In an office setting, perform organizational support duties which could include union employee payroll, initiation and receipt of customer and field employee calls, scheduling of field tasks, creation of permit requests, and other administrative tasks.
  •  Navigates and utilizes various customer information and operational systems to input, update, and change customer or system-related information.
  •  Performs a variety of tasks and completes multiple assignments/projects. 
  • Candidate will be scheduling the field technicians that work for client placing them on schedule, making changes to the schedule is someone is absent, etc.
  • Client send out field tech to read energy meters.
  • Candidate must have scheduling experience to be considered about 2-3 years of experience.
  • Additional administrative duties as well.
  • Good verbal and written communication.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, HSED or GED
  • 5 + years – Standard computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • 5 + years – Identifying and implementing solutions to problems

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience working in an office setting
  • 1 year experience working in scheduling of field tasks
