We are seeking an experienced HR Analytics & Workforce Intelligence Manager to lead the development and delivery of workforce analytics, reporting, dashboards, and insights that support strategic business decisions. This role serves as the primary owner of HR analytics and workforce intelligence, partnering with Human Resources, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
What You'll Do
  • Lead the development of enterprise-wide HR analytics, reporting solutions, dashboards, and workforce intelligence tools.
  • Create executive-level workforce reports, scorecards, and presentations to support leadership decision-making.
  • Analyze workforce trends and provide insights related to headcount, turnover, retention, recruiting, compensation, labor costs, and workforce planning.
  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power Automate.
  • Build self-service reporting tools that enable leaders to access meaningful workforce insights.
  • Develop analytics and predictive models to support workforce planning, retention strategies, recruiting effectiveness, and talent decisions.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams to identify business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure HR data accuracy through reporting standards, data validation processes, governance practices, and documentation.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within workforce data and provide recommendations to improve business outcomes.
  • Support workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, and labor cost analysis initiatives.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce analytics, HRIS reporting, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
  • Proven experience developing executive-level dashboards and analytics solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, SQL, and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting structures, and analytics methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Experience supporting multi-state, hourly workforces.
  • Experience in transportation, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, energy, or industrial services environments.
  • Experience with predictive analytics, workforce modeling, and labor forecasting.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or analytics-related certifications.
