Job description

As a Kronos Workforce Ready Solution Consultant, you will work closely with teammates to ensure the maximum value of our clients' workforce management investment is achieved. The primary objective for this role is to understand clients' current state and use expert knowledge and best practices to deliver solutions on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. Specifically, the Kronos Workforce Ready Solution Consultant provides clients with ongoing consultative and technical support throughout workforce management strategic and/or implementation projects.
KEY EXPECTATIONS
  • Implement the Kronos Workforce Ready (WFR) application
  • Documents and develops business requirements, design specifications, and test scripts for workforce management software
  • Manages multiple client projects at once, able to prioritize and respond to client tickets in an efficient and professional manner
  • Supports project facilitation through efficient notetaking, asking pointed questions, and assisting with follow up
  • Analyzes basic data or facts to find patterns and organize results
  • Provides best practice solutions to clients through proven successful consulting ability
  • Provides intermediate-level knowledge of the core workforce management system- Kronos WFR and supporting modules
  • Leads workforce management integrations, implementations, modifications and upgrades of time and attendance initiatives including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development and support on smaller, less-complex engagements
  • Participates in pre-sales processes and gains exposure to sales strategies
  • Presents material and facilitates working sessions for small to mid-sized client teams
  • Attends to administrative expense tracking and time keeping duties required for billing

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Implementation experience and/or certification with Kronos Workforce Ready, SaaSHR (Resellers) or TLM
  • Experience in Human Resources or Payroll systems configuration, development, and support
  • Has basic knowledge of facilitation techniques and tools, including defining strategic objectives
  • Ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent work ethic, displaying dependability and commitment to both WFI's and the client's success
  • Ability to analyze complex data or facts, find patterns, and organize and summarize findings
  • Ability to maintain a spirit of learning with a positive attitude of receiving feedback and ongoing training
  • Has a high aptitude to learn and be trained; is open to receiving feedback from others and seeks out learning and growth opportunities
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% to client sites
