Workday Integration Analyst

Location: Miami, FL

Duration: Full Time

Job Description:

Testing & Release Readiness

• Own unit, SIT, regression, and UAT cycles for integration changes; prepare test data, traceability, and sign off artifacts; support release cutovers and post go live warranty.

• Validate the impact of Workday biannual releases and configuration changes on inbound/outbound interfaces; coordinate fixes and compatibility updates.

Operations, Monitoring & Support

• Monitor integration dashboards, failures, and queues; perform root cause analysis and timely remediation; partner with vendors where applicable.

• Maintain runbooks, connection inventories, credentials rotation schedules, and operational documentation in line with Lennar’s governance practices.

Cross Platform & HR Transformation Support

• Collaborate with HR Tech and business teams to align Workday integrations with employee lifecycle and HR service delivery roadmaps; coordinate with ServiceNow HRSD teams where processes span both platforms.

• Contribute to HR transformation initiatives by identifying automation opportunities, improving data quality, and enhancing experience across HR and Payroll processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST); ensure robust logging, error handling, and retries.

• Translate business requirements into technical designs (mappings, transformations, security domains), adhering to integration and data governance standards.

• Build and optimize event driven and scheduled integrations that synchronize worker data, job/position data, compensation elements, and organizational hierarchies with internal and third party systems.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• 6 -8+ years of hands on Workday integration experience across Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).

• Proven track record delivering integrations for core HCM domains (worker/organization, job and position, compensation/payroll touchpoints) with strong data mapping and transformation skills.

• Experience executing full testing lifecycles (unit → UAT), release readiness, and production support for Workday integrations in an enterprise environment.

• Demonstrated ability to partner with HR/IT stakeholders and operate within HR technology governance and data integrity standards.

• Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills; ability to diagnose interface issues, parse logs, and implement preventive improvements.
