Job description

Design, document, implement, tune, enhance and debug complex technology solutions related to Workday. Will work on Workday Integration. Provide system design, business process analysis and design support for developing solutions for interfacing business and computer application systems.

Develop or modify procedures to solve the most complex business problems considering client needs, process analysis, design, simulation, application capabilities and industry requirements. Perform high-level system analysis and articulate findings to management. Perform as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead work on all phases of systems analysis up to the enterprise level of the organization's business processes and systems.

Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Certified Workday Integration Consultant with minimum of 4 years industry experience, preferably in one / more of the following: Workday Integration Workday Studio Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll / Benefits Hands on experience in building and supporting integrations from / to Workday on the below areas: Web Services XSLT / document transformation EIB Core Connectors Workday Studio Expertise in building Custom Report by sourcing data from various Workday objects involving calculated fields and complex filter logic.

Experience in working with internal and external applications / vendors around: Identity / Access management integrations Benefit integrations Payroll integrations Ability to coordinate with HR Lines of Business for requirements gathering, solutioning and coordination with vendor / external partners. Experience in any Programming Language such as Java. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training.

Ten years of experience and high proficiency with the following information technologies: Information security best practices IT performance/scalability principles Relational database technologies Principles of a service oriented architecture Mainframe, distributed, Web, and/or networking technologies Design tools and techniques Technology testing and change implementation best practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong collaborative and consultative skills. Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.

Ability to lead, direct and train teams of Developers and Systems Analysts. Location: This position can be 100% remote. However, ideal locations would be in the Eastern or Central time zones.
