Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Workday integrations. The ideal candidate must be Workday Certified (Integration Core, CCTPP, and Studio) and have deep expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
This role requires a blend of technical integration expertise, functional understanding (Finance/Payroll), and leadership capabilities to deliver scalable, high-quality integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Workday Integration Development
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using:
    • Workday Studio
    • EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
    • Core Connectors
    • APIs, PECI, PICOF
    • XSLT 3.0
  • Build and maintain complex inbound/outbound integrations
  • Ensure integration solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing
Reporting & Data Solutions
  • Develop and maintain:
    • Workday reports and dashboards
    • Integration-driven reporting solutions
  • Design complex reports to support integration requirements
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
Troubleshooting & Support
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Workday integrations
