RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst in Scottsdale, AZ.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Workday Integrations & Development:
* Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and external systems
* Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
* Lead integration efforts, including testing, impact analysis, and releases
Configuration & Enhancements:
* Configure and maintain Workday modules, workflows, and business processes
* Support requirements gathering, solution design, and testing
* Identify optimization opportunities and resolve recurring system issues
Reporting & Analytics:
* Develop reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
* Partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
Support & Governance:
* Provide system support, resolve data/access issues, and maintain security
* Conduct audits and ensure data integrity and compliance
* Document integrations, configurations, and processes
Collaboration & Leadership:
* Collaborate with stakeholders and support Agile delivery practices
* Mentor junior team members and stay current on Workday and HR tech trends
REQUIREMENTS:
* Formal Workday training or certifications
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive HRIS configuration and integration development experience, hands-on expertise in Workday
* Two years of experience with XML, XSLT, Web Services
* Experience with Workday Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB) and Workday Studio required
* Proficiency with Workday's security roles/permissions and integration capabilities (data imports, exports, Core Connectors, EIBs, Studio)
* Skilled in Workday reporting tools (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) to create complex reports and deliver analytics
* Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
* Advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience in business process optimization - analyzing, streamlining and improving business processes to enhance efficiency
* Ability to identify complex problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions with strong critical thinking skills
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas verbally and in writing and translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
* Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines with accuracy and professionalism
* Strong customer service orientation, able to manage diverse stakeholder needs with a positive, solutions-focused approach
* High level of integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality, treat others with respect, and uphold company values
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
