Workday Integration Analyst
Location: Plano, Texas (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months
Payrate: $65-68/hr
Role Overview
We are seeking a Workday Integration Analyst to support a Fieldglass Replacement project. This role involves HR system administration, including business process configuration, reporting development, and data management to maintain our Workday platform. The position will partner with internal teams, business partners, and vendors to meet the organization's HR technology needs with a focus on modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits, Integrations, and Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure complex Workday business processes with a focus on Recruiting, including support for integrations and troubleshooting.
  • Perform Workday administrative functions such as tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and reporting.
  • Review business workflows to ensure system features are fully utilized and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

* Provide end-user support, change management, issue resolution, testing, and training to optimize Workday processes. * Manage mass data loads via EIBs and test integration inputs and outputs based on transactional changes. * Create reports to audit the effectiveness of configuration changes. * Document technology specifications for current and future configuration. * Maintain change management documentation to satisfy internal and external audit controls. * Act as domain support for feature releases and issue resolution, helping to define scope, prioritize, and implement system changes. * Maintain functional knowledge of HR systems across multiple functions and teams.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of experience with Workday HCM.
Technical Skills: A solid understanding of at least three Workday modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, and Benefits. Knowledge of Workday business processes, core setup, and security framework is required. A deep understanding of the Workday data model, system architecture, interfaces, reporting, and data loading procedures is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
  • Workday Pro or other Workday Certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Workday Integrations is preferred.
  • Expertise in cloud-based multi-tenant systems.
