Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Workday Integration Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing Workday solutions to streamline our business processes and enhance operational efficiency. As a Workday Integration Architect, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including HR and Finance teams, to define requirements, design integrations, and deliver high-quality solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a deep understanding of the Workday platform and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges.


Responsibilities

  1. Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations.

  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions.

  3. Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing efficient procedures that meet business requirements.

  4. Work closely with the HR and Finance teams to ensure the successful implementation of Workday solutions.

  5. Manage and resolve complex issues related to Workday integrations.

  6. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Workday integration designs, configurations, and customizations.

  7. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Workday solutions.

  8. Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and ensure that our Workday solutions leverage the most advanced features.


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  2. Proven experience as a Workday Integration Architect or a similar role.

  3. Strong knowledge of Workday Studio (must have) and ideally Workday Extend or Workday Prism.

  4. Proficient in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation.

  5. Excellent understanding of Workday HCM, Financials, and other modules.

  6. Solid experience with web services (REST, SOAP) and APIs.

  7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.

  8. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  10. Workday certification is a plus.
