Job description

We have been retained by our client in Fort Worth, Texas who is seeking to hire a skilled Workday Integration architect / administrator on a regular full time, direct hire basis. This is an excellent employer with long-standing employees. We require a candidate with some Workday Financial modules experience, and the ability to work onsite, Hybrid, with 1 (one) day a week remote work, 4 (four) days a week onsite very nice Ft Worth offices.


As a Workday Integration architect / administrator you will work in a hands-on role, that is ideal for a professional with say 4-8 years of experience in workday integrations. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between workday and various internal and third-party systems, supporting our client s complex financial processes with the Workday Financial modules. Report to the CIO and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful web integration projects with workday. This is a key role in configuring and managing workday integrations and workday security whilst maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of our client s sensitive business partners data and employee data.


Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of workday integrations for both workday HR / workday HCM modulse and the workday finance / workday Financial modules. Develop and manage integrations using workday studio, workday s web services (REST/SOAP), representational state transfer / simple object application protocol and other integration tools. Ensure the smooth flow of data between workday and various third-party vendor platforms, such as financial systems, payroll vendors, benefits providers, etc. all integrated into Workday. Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and HR/Finance teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions that meet business needs. Provide support and troubleshooting for end users, assisting with any technical issues related to Workday integrations. Maintain detailed documentation for all integrations and security configurations. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.


Requirements:


5-8 years of experience working on workday data integration projects using web services, with a focus on the workday Financial modules. 4-5+ years workday integration experience and a Bachelors degree required. Experience with Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP), and other Workday integration tools. Proven ability to manage end-to-end integration processes, from design to deployment and maintenance. Experience with financial systems integration, especially in a financial services, or financial investments, securities or hedge fund, or loan environment, is highly preferred. Familiarity with Workday Reporting and Analytics. Knowledge of data privacy standards and security protocols in Workday, such as GDPR and SOC 2. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and think critically to resolve integration problems. Integration project management experience preferred.


Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 / year
