Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the business need, user needs, manage priorities and establish the vision for the Workday product and other HRIS systems, which include ADP. Be the end-to-end HR system expert, understanding how information flows in and out of Workday and downstream to other critical systems.
  • Understand current technical landscape to provide guidance and expertise to improve efficiencies and processes through integrations; which could include integrations, Studio integrations, or complex reporting.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and other business units to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with technical team to ensure all integrations are prepared and tested for updates or changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, configure, and optimize Workday processes to meet organizational needs. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across multiple Workday functional and technical areas
  • Ensure designs comply with specifications and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday integrations and system performance.
  • Update project documentation and adhere to the software development lifecycle.
  • Continuously update technical knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing professional publications.

Technical Qualifications
  • Experience as a Workday Solution Architect or Integration Lead with knowledge of Workday Integration Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of core functions of Workday & HRIS concepts.
  • Hands-on experience in Workday configuration and business process experience.
  • Certifications: Workday HCM, Workday Integrations, or Workday Studio
  • Experience with Workday Technical Design Documents
  • Technical system transformations using Workday as a system
  • Proficiency in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and other integration tools.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems.
  • Excellent coordination skills to collaborate with offshore leads and developers.
  • Experience with OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO) for secure authentication and authorization.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements in HR systems.
