Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Mulesoft Architect and Technical Lead to drive enterprise integration initiatives using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in designing, developing, and managing APIs and integration solutions across cloud and on-premise systems. The ideal candidate will also provide technical leadership to developers, ensuring alignment with integration strategies and best practices.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Architecture & Design

    • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.

    • Define integration patterns, API-led connectivity strategies, and reusable assets.

    • Collaborate with enterprise architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into integration designs.

  • Technical Leadership

    • Lead and mentor a team of Mulesoft developers and integration specialists.

    • Establish coding standards, review code, and enforce quality and performance benchmarks.

    • Guide team members on debugging, optimization, and issue resolution.

  • Development & Delivery

    • Develop APIs, data transformations, and orchestrations using Mulesoft components (Flows, Connectors, DataWeave).

    • Ensure successful deployment and configuration of Mulesoft applications across environments.

    • Integrate Mulesoft with systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, databases, and legacy applications.

  • Governance & Best Practices

    • Implement API governance, access control, and versioning strategies.

    • Define CI/CD pipelines for Mulesoft projects using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Maven.

    • Stay current with integration trends, Mulesoft updates, and recommend improvements.


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 7+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years in Mulesoft.

  • Mulesoft Certified Platform Architect and/or Mulesoft Certified Integration Architect (preferred).

  • Proven experience with Mulesoft API design, RAML/OAS, DataWeave, and Anypoint Studio.

  • Deep understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs, OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and security policies.

  • Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and performance tuning.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools like Jira and Confluence.


Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with hybrid cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).

  • Familiarity with other integration platforms (Boomi, Informatica, etc.).

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with large-scale enterprise transformations and digital initiatives.
