Job description

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Workday Financials Consultant for a full-time position (40 hours per week). Our client is one of the world's largest and fastest-growing job sites.
You'll join the Finance Solution Delivery Team on a contract basis. This role is designed to provide additional capacity across a lean, high-performing team and requires a versatile expert who can step into multiple functional areas as needed. You will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement stakeholders to support ongoing operations, enhancements, and strategic initiatives within Workday Financials.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday.
  • Experience supporting both production support and project-based work.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and systems thinking capabilities.
  • Proven expertise across multiple financial domains, including:
  • Top Priority Areas - Financial Accounting (highest priority), Expenses, Business Assets;
  • Secondary - Banking & Settlement;
  • Lower Priority/De-emphasized - Procurement (phasing out), VNDLY experience (as a bonus).
