Job description

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Workday Administrator to support and enhance our Workday HCM platform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for ensuring system stability, optimizing HR and Payroll processes, and driving continuous improvements across Workday modules post-implementation.
You will act as the primary system owner post go-live, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, and IT leadership to ensure seamless operations, data integrity, and an exceptional end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support all phases of Workday implementation in collaboration with HR, Payroll, and implementation partners
Lead post-implementation administration as the primary Workday System Administrator
Manage system configuration, updates, user access, security roles, and troubleshooting
Maintain high data integrity across HR and Payroll systems
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions
  • Provide end-user support, training (in-person and virtual), and issue resolution
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, workflows, and changes
  • Monitor Workday releases and ensure smooth adoption of new features and enhancements

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of direct Workday experience strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Workday administration, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or Workday certification is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or service-oriented environment is a plus.
