Job Summary

We’re working on a 3–6 month contract opportunity with a large U.S. organization for an entry-level HR/Workday professional. This hybrid role will support a high-volume HR data team, with a focus on maintaining employee data and processing HR transactions within Workday. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Workday HCM experience and enjoy working in the functional/data side of HR systems.


Responsibilities

  • Process high-volume employee data changes and HR transactions within Workday HCM
  • Enter, update, and maintain employee information with a high degree of accuracy
  • Support HR data processing and functional Workday transactions
  • Manage and resolve HR/Workday cases and data-related requests
  • Review employee data for accuracy and completeness
  • Partner with HR teams to address data questions and resolve issues
  • Follow established processes and procedures for HR data management
  • Assist with additional Workday and HR data administration as needed


Requirements, Skills & Education

  • Hands-on experience working in Workday HCM in a functional/user capacity
  • Experience with HR data entry, employee data changes, or HR systems administration
  • Familiarity with Workday business processes and/or case management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume data accurately
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
  • 3–6 month contract availability
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule in San Antonio or Houston
  • Prior HR, HRIS, Workday, or related experience preferred
