Job Title: Workday Administrator / Developer (Contract)

Location: Remote (Must be available to work EST hours)

Contract Duration: 12 Months (Dedicated Role)

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of the Workday platform, ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and support the Workday environment.
  • Configure and develop Workday solutions to meet business needs.
  • Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations, reports, and business processes.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support system upgrades, testing, and release management activities.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Workday platform.
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation as required.
