Hiring a Workday Administrator for a Health & Human Services company Location: remote but must live in the following US States: MN, CA, CO, CT, IN, KY, LA, NV, NJ, NM, NC, OH, OK, OR, TX, WA, WI Duration: contract-to-hire Pay: $75-80/hr W2 Reports to: Director of Information Systems Scope of Work: Lead Enterprise Workday Administrator responsible for configuration, maintenance, and optimization of all Workday modules in partnership with HCM and FIN Administrators. Manages system updates, integrations with third-party platforms, security, reporting, user training, and change control governance. Serves as primary SME for Workday and supports implementation projects.

Qualification: Four-year degree in a computer-related field. 6+ years of hands-on experience working with Workday administration. Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.

Proficient in time management (organizing and prioritizing). Ability to prioritize conflicting responsibilities and projects to meet deadlines. Workday certifications preferred Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Strong communication skills for creating technical documentation and user guides, training users on complex topics, and presenting to internal audiences.
