The position:?We're looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who can, under general supervision, lead the strategic and tactical planning in the areas of Office 365 implementation, SharePoint Administration, implementation, and operations of on-premises solutions and cloud-based services. Ensure development, implementation, maintenance and optimization of essential systems and processes necessary to fulfill the Agency's mission-critical business goals.

The Location:101 Elliott Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119 The ideal candidate will have: Equivalent of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field May substitute additional years of relevant work experience for education requirement What will you do. Oversee and support Office 365 Online environments, including design, implementation, and administration. Support staff using M365 tools and maintain the technology roadmap.

Serve as the lead consultant and subject matter expert for Office 365 platforms. Manage software licensing and ensure compliance with Microsoft agreements and security requirements. Design, plan, and implement system improvements and integrations.

Monitor service performance and share key metrics with IT management. Develop SOPs, training materials, and resources to improve application use and customer service. Stay current on system updates and communicate relevant changes to users.
