Medicare Insurance Agent - Hourly W-2 Employee (Onsite)


Position Overview

Senior Financial Group is seeking a motivated and driven Medicare Insurance Agent to join our on-site sales team. This is a full-time hourly W-2 position focused on inbound and outbound calls, lead follow-up, seminar presentations, and assisting Medicare beneficiaries in understanding and enrolling in plans that best fit their healthcare needs.

The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, comfortable speaking with individuals and groups, and passionate about helping seniors navigate their Medicare options.


Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound inquiries from prospective Medicare clients
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and marketing campaigns
  • Present Medicare educational and sales seminars to prospective clients
  • Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans
  • Schedule appointments and complete plan enrollments
  • Build rapport and maintain strong client relationships
  • Accurately document client interactions within CRM systems
  • Meet daily call activity and sales performance goals
  • Stay current on Medicare regulations, carrier products, and compliance requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service


Qualifications

  • Active Health Insurance License required
  • AHIP certification preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Previous Medicare sales experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with inbound and outbound calling environments preferred
  • Comfortable with public speaking and seminar presentations
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Basic computer and CRM proficiency
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
