  •  Establish and maintain appropriate platform standards, business processes, solution documentation, architecture guidance, and implementation practices.
  •  Evaluate new and emerging Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform services and recommend appropriate technologies or capabilities based on business and technical needs.
  •  Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and other technical resources, review solution approaches, and support development of application documentation, training, and knowledge-transfer materials.

Requirements

  •  Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical, IT, or scientific discipline, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  •  MCP and/or MCT certification(s) as required for the position.
  •  Minimum of five years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
  •  Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365 design, development, and architecture.
  •  Demonstrated experience with SharePoint development and the architecture of large, complex SharePoint or information-management environments.
  •  Experience with architecture, governance, taxonomy, workflows, business intelligence, documentation, training, and implementation of enterprise Microsoft solutions.

  •  Ability to successfully complete applicable federal suitability and background investigation requirements.

Preferred:

  •  Experience with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and enterprise system integrations.
  •  Working knowledge of development technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, HTML, CSS, JSON, and related web technologies.
  •  Experience designing or developing solutions using Dataverse and integrating Power Platform applications with enterprise data sources.
  •  Experience with Azure services supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power Platform solutions.
  •  Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, source control, application lifecycle management (ALM), CI/CD, and structured release/deployment practices.
  •  Experience applying security, identity and access management, data governance, and environment-management practices within Microsoft cloud environments.
