We are venture-backed and own a patented washable rug design that\'s disrupting the home décor industry. Our mission is to empower our customers to live vibrantly with beautiful products that don\'t compromise on function. If you\'re passionate about consumer products, e-commerce, and high-growth start-ups, keep reading!

Job Summary

We\'re looking for an operationally sharp Wholesale Program Manager to join our team on a contract basis. You\'ll be the central coordinator across Merchandising, Commercial, Brand, Design, and Operations -- ensuring that every Wholesale launch comes together on time, on brief, and with full team alignment. From onboarding new accounts to streamlining how we operate across teams, you\'ll bring structure, clarity, and follow-through to a fast-moving wholesale function. This role is for someone who loves a well-run process, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and can hold a complex calendar together without losing sight of the details.

What You\'ll Do

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Orchestrate account onboarding end-to-end — coordinating across ops, logistics, finance, and other internal teams to get new wholesale partners up and running smoothly
  • Serve as a key liaison between Account Managers and internal stakeholders, translating partner needs into actionable tasks and keeping everyone aligned
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams simultaneously

Program Facilitation

  • Support the design and execution of wholesale programs, ensuring the right teams are involved at the right time
  • Track program milestones and proactively surface blockers, risks, or gaps before they become problems
  • Maintain clear documentation so that processes, decisions, and statuses are visible to all stakeholders

Process Development & Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in how the wholesale function operates and develop practical solutions
  • Build and refine repeatable processes for onboarding, fulfillment coordination, compliance, and other recurring workflows
  • Create playbooks, SOPs, and tools that help the team scale without adding unnecessary complexity

What You\'ll Need to Have:

Required:

  • 3–5 years of experience in program management, wholesale operations, or a cross-functional coordination role — ideally within home goods, décor, or consumer products
  • A natural ability to work across teams and functions, keeping projects moving without direct authority over stakeholders
  • Strong process orientation — you spot inefficiencies, design better ways of working, and actually follow through on implementing them
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities
  • Clear, concise communicator — equally effective in a Slack thread, a status doc, or a cross-functional meeting
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where it doesn\'t yet exist
  • Proficient in Google Suite

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with wholesale operations, retailer compliance requirements, or EDI processes
  • Experience working closely with or in support of a sales or account management team
  • Experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer technology environments
  • Proficient in Airtable

Contract Details:

  • $50/hr 1099, maximum
  • Can be fully remote but LA local is preferred
  • 40 hours per week
