Job description

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a Wholesale Department Manager to help back our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent managerial skills, sales experience, and wholesale experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve operational processes and procedures
  • Responsible for managing the team
  • Provide customer service to wholesale customers
  • Work with wholesale customers to enter and manage custom orders
  • Establish sales processes and monthly specials to drive sales 
  • Will impact sales by cultivating new and existing relationships
  • Other job duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Experience in the door industry is preferred
  • Sales experience is required
  • Experience with wholesale is preferred
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office products and be able to navigate the computer
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional manner
