Nurse Manager

We are currently seeking an energetic Nurse who has a true interest in helping seniors to join our team as our Nurse Manager. Our Nurses care for residents like family, not because it's their job, but because it's their calling. Responsibilities
  • Responsible for nursing care of assigned residents in accordance with nursing facility and nursing service policies and procedures.
  • Recognize changes in conditions and notify the attending physician and family when resident becomes ill or is injured.
  • Supervise resident-care personnel
  • Prepare and administer medications and treatment. Chart medications and treatments according to procedure.
  • Ensure rehabilitative nursing procedures are performed.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid LPN nursing license for the state of Illinois
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
