Wellness Director-Registered Nurse-RN Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

  • Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License

  • Previous assisted living experience as a Wellness Director is preferred, but not required

  • Prior experience managing staff required

  • Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care

  • Overseeing the implementation of nursing department budgets in coordination with the facility administration

  • Implementing compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures

  • Strong clinical and managerial skills

  • Experience and knowledge of Point Click Care electronic medical record software

  • Recruiting, training, and onboarding new nursing staff

  • Other duties as assigned by the Administrator
