Rate Range: $100k-$110k/year
Qualifications for Wellness Director (RN):
  • A graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current NJ nursing license (RN) in good standing
  • Senior Living/Assisted Living/Long-term/Skilled Care supervisory experience is required.
  • Responsible for all areas of the Resident Care Department (compliance, planning, assessments, directing, budget, staffing, hands-on care, etc.) in accordance with current state and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Assure that the care needs of all Residents are met and maintained according to physician orders, state regulations, and company standards.
  • Provide ongoing leadership to team members and ensures that staffing levels and shift schedules are operating at the highest levels.
