Job description

As the Associate Wellness Director RN within our Memory Care at Regency Park, you’ll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

What we look for in an Associate Wellness Director:

  • Maintains a current state license as a professional Registered Nursing License (RN)

  • Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner

  • Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families

  • Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day

  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

What you can expect to do:

  • Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency

  • Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines

  • Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration

  • Demonstrate organizational skills around time management

  • Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care

  • Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention

  • Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living Group
