Qualifications
Required Skills:
  • One year of reception experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

May maintain records related to telecommunications (e.g., long distance phone calls, on-call employees, pages). Integrates the hospital's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
The Weekend Part-Time Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, families, visitors, referral sources, and hospital staff. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting the admissions process, telecommunications, insurance verification, and other administrative functions to ensure excellent patient service.
