Top skill and years of experience required: Radio Communications Technician 8 Radio Communications Technician 9 One year of experience is equivalent to a Radio/Communications Technician 8. Radio Communications Technician E10 Two years of experience equivalent to Radio/Communications Technician, including one year equivalent to a Radio/Communications Technician 9.
