Job Duties:
Manage full cycle recruiting for clinical positions
Source candidates through various platforms including clinical student platforms
Conduct follow-up calls with candidates regarding onboarding efforts
Participate in weekly recruitment calls
Update weekly vacancies
Maintain recruitment database and utilize the applicant tracking system
Requirements:
1 + year recruiting experience with a healthcare agency, search firm, or in-house recruiting team
