Job description

About the Role:
As a Website Performance Analyst, problem-solving, self-directing, and action-oriented thinkers are required. You will be responsible for owning the analytical performance of the website, with a primary focus on monitoring key conversion funnels, troubleshooting changes, and driving improvement. This includes managing our website analytics tracking and tag management, creating reports in Adobe Analytics and other tracking tools, and running conversion optimization tests. This role focuses heavily on the customer journey and using data to improve conversion. Experience with content maintenance and SEO/AEO tactics is preferred but not required. The role will support our CashNetUSA brand and does not include direct supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and troubleshoot the analytical side of the website, including proactively diagnosing sudden changes in key conversion funnels.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on website and funnel performance, providing weekly reporting updates and data-driven recommendations to marketing leadership and other key executives.
  • Analyze visitor segments and traffic trends for conversion optimization opportunities.
  • Create and maintain Adobe Analytics reporting for the marketing team and help the marketing team investigate and troubleshoot conversion issues.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to test UI and UX enhancements to improve the customer application flow.
  • Develop and optimize landing pages and conversion funnel A/B tests to increase conversion rates.
  • Preferred: Provide analytical support for content updates; experience with basic SEO/AEO strategies is a plus.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, conversion rate optimization, or related fields.
  • Strong web analytics skills with extensive experience using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, Ahrefs, Semrush or similar web analytics tools.
  • Experience managing implementation and administration of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization tools; SQL preferred.
  • Experience designing and running A/B tests through tools such as Optimizely or Adobe Target.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity, adapt quickly to changing business needs, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with a creative and problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of SEO strategy and basic content management is preferred but not required.

Compensation
This position includes various levels within our career ladder. The actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the ranges shown. Budgeted annual salary ranges:
  • Marketing Associate: $72,000-$104,000
  • Senior Marketing Associate: $85,000-$123,000

Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
