As a Lead Technical Web Analyst (Lead Technical Analyst I), you're a results-driven analytics leader with deep expertise in web analytics, digital measurement, and data infrastructure. You excel at designing and overseeing complex analytics implementations from the ground up, troubleshooting intricate tracking issues, optimizing data collection strategies, and defining best practices for fast-growing teams.

  • You have demonstrated expertise in enterprise-level analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, and similar.

  • You have exceptional proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) or comparable tag management systems, advanced JavaScript, data layer architectures, and complex event-driven data collection.

  • You have a profound understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, advanced JavaScript concepts, DOM manipulation, and sophisticated browser/network debugging techniques.

  • You have a strong understanding of data lake architecture and ingestion pipelines, and love collaborating with data engineers to ensure data is architected in a way that's scalable and built to deliver real business impact

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position. In addition to base salary, some roles are eligible for our bonus and/or equity programs, depending on level and role. Regular full-time positions are eligible for our comprehensive benefits package. If you are hired at Cars Commerce, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills and/or experience.
