Job description

Role:         Web /Digital analytics
Location:   Bellevue, WA
Duration:   Contract

Job description:

What You'll Do
  • Own analytics strategy and measurement end-to-end โ€” keeping tracking current as new pages, features, and user flows launch across our web properties.
  • Maintain and evolve segment definitions as the business changes, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all reporting surfaces.
  • Lead the Amplitude analytics setup during and after our platform migration, including event taxonomy, funnel configuration, and dashboard buildout.
  • Manage a portfolio of 5โ€“8 concurrent projects, prioritizing effectively and driving toward measurable backlog reduction.
  • Absorb ad-hoc analysis requests currently straining the BI team โ€” turning fast-turnaround questions into clear, actionable answers.
  • Own product analytics, marketing measurement, and reporting simultaneously, serving multiple stakeholder groups without losing depth or quality.
  • Partner with engineering on tag implementation, QA event data for accuracy, and troubleshoot tracking gaps.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.

What We're Looking For
  • 2โ€“4 years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, or a closely related data role.
  • Hands-on Adobe/Amplitude experience strongly preferred
  • Solid grasp of web tracking fundamentals: event schemas, funnels, session analysis, and attribution models.
  • Demonstrated ability to own reporting, product analytics, and marketing measurement concurrently across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong communicator who can translate complex data into plain language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a meaningful backlog without losing focus on outcomes.
