The Warehouse Supervisor assists with directing all of the operators within the warehouse. The Warehouse Supervisor is expected to keep dispersers on the dispersing line when needed, direct loaders in the stacking of their skids, assist in locating parts that are left in a loader's scanner, and make sure that parts are being DSS'ed correctly. The Warehouse Supervisor will also assist in checking off loads at the end of the night.


Schedule: 

  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:00am - 4:00pm CST
  • $24.00 per hour


Education/Certification(s):

  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred

Preferred Experience for Warehouse Supervisor:

  • One year warehouse experience and ability to operate two types of equipment

Requirements for Warehouse Supervisor:

  • Ability to give special attention to detail required. Must have ability to identify letters and numbers
  • Must adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
  • The individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, and responds to management direction
  • Must have ability to orally communicate with co-workers, supervisors and other employees
  • Must be able to work as a team or as an individual
  • Must obtain forklift certification within three (3) months of being on the job

Warehouse Supervisor - duties include but are not limited to:

  • Disperse product accurately based on its receiving location
  • Wear protective toed shoes and work in a safe manner at all times
  • Give direction on stacking, banding, and wrapping of skids
  • Keeps warehouse and work area clean and organized at all times.
  • Move product manually with the assistance of a hand truck (Two Wheeler)
  • Must be able to complete any load within the connector
  • Operate multiple types of equipment
  • Assist Quads with stocking and picking
  • Direct all of the loaders within the connector
  • Ensure trucks are loaded safely and accurately
  • Delegate tasks and give direction to subordinates
  • Ensure a safe environment by making sure employees are working in a safe manner
  • Create schedules for all second shift employees, update/approve time cards
  • Issue counseling statements and discipline for performance, safety. attendance, loading errors, etc
  • Secure the building at the end of the shift
  • Communicate issues with HR and Warehouse Management
  • Keep up on assigned training ensure subordinates complete their assigned training as well
  • Wave and print labels, clean up web dispatch, and make sure all incoming sold transfers are unloaded and sent out
  • Communicate the Daily Summary email
