One of the biggest advantages of this opportunity is the experienced and established team already in place on second shift. This is a stable team with very little turnover, giving the right leader the opportunity to step into a well-established operation rather than starting from scratch. You will have the chance to lead an experienced group of employees, build strong working relationships, and focus on continued improvement and development.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play an important role in leading our warehouse team, maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and ensuring daily operations run efficiently and accurately. We are looking for someone who leads by example, holds employees accountable, develops their team, and takes pride in getting the job done right.
What You'll Do
  • Supervise and provide direction to warehouse employees on second shift
  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently
  • Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and performance
  • Coach, develop, and hold employees accountable to established expectations
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and employee development

  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Be Part of Our New WMS
This is an exciting time to join our warehouse operations. Certco is implementing a brand-new Warehouse Management System (WMS), providing an opportunity for the right leader to learn and help shape how we operate in our new system.
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience with modern warehouse technology while helping your team adapt to new processes, procedures, and workflows. If you enjoy problem-solving, learning new technology, and improving how a warehouse operates, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous warehouse leadership, supervisory, or lead experience preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and changing business needs
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

You'll be joining a stable, experienced second-shift team with a strong track record of retention, allowing you to spend more time leading, developing, and improving the operation rather than constantly dealing with turnover.
We offer a strong benefits package, including very affordable health insurance, 401(k) with company match and profit sharing, paid time off, wellness programs, tuition reimbursement, and other employee benefits.
If you are an experienced warehouse leader looking for your next opportunity-or a strong warehouse lead ready to take the next step-we want to hear from you.
