Job description

Family-owned audiovisual solutions company in Collin County is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse equipment functions and support live event operations. The warehouse is the heartbeat of the operation- what
happens here directly impacts the success of every event produced.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years in warehouse/logistics or live event operations
  • 3+ years in a supervisory/leadership role
  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with inventory, inspection records, documentation to support compliance on operations efficiency

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including equipment scheduling and audits
  • Video and lighting equipment knowledge
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and manifest logs on all equipment coming and going
  • Ensure clear communication with leadership team
  • Lead and support warehouse staff, workflow of operations
  • Ensure on-time readiness of equipment for events

Additional Details:

  • Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (FLEXIBILITY required for live events, including occasional evenings/weekends during peak season)
  • Must be able to stand duration of shift and lift 50+ lbs, team lift, pallet jack

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for owning the accuracy, readiness, and execution
of all equipment leaving our warehouse for live events. This role leads warehouse operations and team
performance to ensure every show is delivered correctly, on time, and at the highest standard. This is a
hands-on leadership role.
