Operations Supervisor – Warehouse

Tenure: Full-time

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Location: Beaverton, OR 97005

Arrow Workforce Solutions is hiring an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, team performance, inventory accuracy, safety, and productivity. This is a hands-on, client-facing role supporting a managed warehouse operation.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and workflow
  • Hire, onboard, train, coach, and manage team performance
  • Schedule employees and monitor attendance and timekeeping
  • Assign daily work and monitor completion
  • Establish and track individual and team productivity goals
  • Monitor KPIs and take action to improve performance
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counting
  • Oversee receiving, processing, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and storage
  • Coordinate product pickups, deliveries, and internal transfers
  • Monitor workplace safety and fire-safety compliance
  • Resolve operational issues and maintain productivity and accuracy
  • Serve as the primary onsite contact for the client
  • Support operational reporting, continuous improvement, and special projects

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or operations supervisory experience
  • Previous 3PL, contract logistics, or managed-services experience strongly preferred
  • Client-facing experience in an onsite or service-provider environment preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing warehouse productivity, KPIs, and inventory
  • Ability to train, coach, and hold employees accountable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems
  • Flexibility to support overtime or weekends during peak periods
