What You'll Do (The Day-to-Day)

As our Assistant Warehouse Supervisor, you won't just be sitting behind a desk-you'll be on the floor, actively leading by example, keeping workflows moving with speed and consistency, and driving operational excellence.

  • Hands-On Leadership: Work alongside the Warehouse Manager to direct daily receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping operations.
  • Detail & Accuracy Master: Keep our inventory rock-solid. You'll oversee order accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and ensure that every product leaving our warehouse meets Action Industries' quality standards.
  • Maintain the Pace: Drive efficiency and speed while keeping safety as the #1 priority for yourself and the team.
  • Problem Solver: Identify bottlenecks on the fly, resolve discrepancies, and keep team productivity high.
  • Culture Champion: Foster a respectful, energized, and team-oriented work culture.
