Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this executive leader will advance Carolina Caring's mission by developing and executing organizationโ€‘wide strategies that drive sustainable growth, expand access to care, and strengthen our impact throughout the communities we serve.

This role provides leadership for community engagement, strategic partnerships, volunteer services, bereavement and counseling programs, outreach, and marketing and communications. Working collaboratively across the organization, the Senior Vice President of Strategy will lead initiatives that enhance brand awareness, increase referral growth, improve the patient and family experience, and support long-term organizational success through dataโ€‘driven decision-making and innovation.
