Job description

The Vice President of Performance and Quality Improvement is a key executive leader at Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada (CCSN), responsible for leading organizational performance management, quality improvement, compliance, risk mitigation, outcomes measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), this position promotes operational excellence through data-driven decision-making, accountability, and a culture of continuous learning while ensuring programs and services align with CCSN’s mission, values, strategic priorities, and Catholic social teaching.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Vice President of Performance and Quality Improvement partners with leadership to implement organization-wide performance and quality improvement strategies that enhance effectiveness, improve client outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support long-term sustainability. Through the use of data, evaluation, and performance measurement, this role drives organizational impact and advances CCSN’s mission of serving the community.
