Job description

Senior VOIP Engineer Role: As a VoIP network engineer on our team, youโ€™ll work with Video Voice over IP, a reliable network to support critical missions. Youโ€™ll collaborate with SMEs, customers, and users to learn the strategic goals and operational needs that shape the network requirements. Youโ€™ll then share your expertise during the planning of acquisition, installation, configuration, and maintenance of telephony network components. From resolving interoperability issues across platforms, to supporting the acquisition of hardware, youโ€™ll put your hardware and software talents to good use. This is your chance to share your expertise with IP Telephony, naval systems, and cybersecurity while broadening your network engineering work. Minimum Requirements 10 years experience with implementing and maintaining all aspects of Cisco VoIP network infrastructure, including Racking and cabling LAN, VoIP, VPN, and Network Security
8 years experience maintaining and managing Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM), voice and survivable remote site telephony gateways, STIGS, encryption protocols, secure telephony, including STE and vIPER
Ability to configure Cisco routers, switches, and gateways
Ability to support trouble tickets and incidents using ServiceNow
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Security + and CCNP Voice and Collaboration Certification Preferred Qualifications (not required) Experience with ATO package requirements, network architecture and design
Knowledge of analog systems, Definity, POTS, broadband circuit
