Job description

We are seeking freelancers/consultants for on site IT Support in the Charlotte, NC area to join our team!

As a team member, you will assist our clients with resolving a range of computer-related issues and/or provide on-site support as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation of workstations.
  • End-user support for executives, office personnel, and other key business stakeholders; this could include installation and configuration of hardware and software applications, as well as some security functions such as password resets, etc.
  • Experience with copying/restoring end user data files, migrating Windows 7 to Windows 11 utilizing tools such as Azure, SCCM, PXE boot, etc.
  • Basic networking, rack/stack/patch, remote hands support, etc.
  • Experience working with AD (active directory), domains, group policy, etc.
  • E-mail, A/V conferencing, VoIP device replace and configuration.
  • Support of enterprise solutions including Microsoft Office365, Exchange email, Anti-Virus software, etc.
  • Provide timely and efficient executive-level support.
  • Provide technical support on commonly used applications and devices (MFD network printers, O365 Applications, etc.)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years support experience in an enterprise environment using Windows and some Apple/Mac hardware.
  • Application support for Microsoft Office365, Document Management, SharePoint Online and Exchange Online.
  • Working knowledge of Azure, Intune, and other cloud based services.
  • Operating Systems: Windows Server, Mac OS X (Server/Workgroup Manager), iOS and Windows 7 through 11.
  • Xerox, Canon, HP printer installation, local/network configuration and print management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively operate independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
