  • Guide new client onboarding, including category research, product review, and marketing calendar setup.
  • Own and manage brand trackers, launch timelines, campaign documents, and weekly meeting agendas to ensure clear workflows and accountability.
  • Build and maintain strategic brand decks, positioning documents, go-to-market plans, and campaign recaps.
  • Partner with internal teams (creative, paid, lifecycle, influencer, affiliate, eCommerce, Amazon) to deliver holistic marketing solutions tailored to each brand's goals.
  • Translate client input and performance data into actionable next steps, future planning, and creative refinement.

  • Support integrated storytelling across influencer campaigns, sampling, affiliate, paid social, and email.
  • Conduct market research and trend forecasting to support client strategy in areas such as functional ingredients, supplement formats, and health-conscious consumer behaviors.
  • Monitor and report on performance KPIs across digital and retail campaigns, providing data-backed insights and recommendations for optimization.
3. Project Management & Workflow Coordination
  • Manage tasks, milestones, and internal workflows through project management platforms (e.g., Asana), ensuring projects remain on track and on time.
  • Draft creative and strategic briefs, define deliverables, and collaborate closely with design, content, and strategy teams.
  • Oversee sample coordination, product education materials, and asset delivery across campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct quality control and final reviews of digital creative (web, email, paid, Amazon, etc.) to ensure brand compliance and regulatory accuracy for wellness products.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in wellness, supplement, or health-related brand marketing-agency or consultancy experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with wellness categories such as vitamins, nootropics, functional beverages, gut health, and adaptogens.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, timelines, and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of FTC, FDA, and supplement marketing compliance standards a major plus.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and common workplace platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • Exceptional communication skills-written, visual, and verbal-with experience presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and client-focused mindset.
Key Competencies
  • Passionate about wellness, supplements, and health innovation.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong project execution capabilities.
  • Strategic and forward-thinking with the ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage up, down, and across teams.
